make way for the Hollywood Sunset Millennium Project. This development will be made up of two 10-story hotel buildings and two eight-story apartment buildings, as well as retail and public spaces.
This development is in the heart of the real estate revitalization along the Sunset Strip. This construction is leading the way for a $300 million project to include luxury apartments, shops, hotels and restaurants. The trendy Sunset Plaza shopping and restaurant area on the Western part of the Sunset Strip has been slowly creeping East on Sunset Blvd towards famous hotels such as The Sunset Tower Hotel and the Mondrian Hotel bridging the gap between West and East.
My offices are right across the street from the construction site, and I’ve been watching the demolition over the course of the summer. Being a native New Yorker I can’t help but get excited about the idea of being able to walk to everything one could need or want. I am confident the Sunset Millennium project will bring a major boost to West Hollywood real estate. With even more amenities available, Houses for sale in the Sunset Strip will continue to have a strong appeal for homeowners and investors alike.
