Candy Spelling can finally say goodbye to her Beverly Hills massive manor located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood. New homeowner Petra Ecclestone, a 22 year old British heiress of the Formula One fortune purchased the home for$85 million. However Ecclestone may not be as excited to move in as she originally had her eye on the $125 million beautiful Fleur de Lys that was built by Texas billionaire David & Suzanne Saperstein.
The Saperstein’s were fond of Versailles, a royal French chateau that was built with French limestone, 24 karat gold trim and Italian marble walls. It appears that it was also a favorite to King Louis XIV. I have personally been to several events at the Fleur de Lys house over the years and it is quite breath taking.
