Mountaingate is a popular gated neighborhood because of its ideal mountain top views and weather location just north of the prestigious Brentwood area in West Los Angeles. Developed in the 1970s the area includes 4 communities for a total of 307 residences consisting of 187 homes and 130 townhomes/condominiums. Amenities of the community include a pool, recreation room, community park and tennis courts.
