The Hollywood Hills lost a little star power this week when online tipsters and property record sleuths confirmed that actor-producer Jake Gyllenhaal sold his home on a celebrity lined road. The unknown buyer was able to snatch up the two bed and 2.5 bath home for $3,262,500, about 250k below asking.
A long winding driveway leads to the private main house. White painted wood floors and a step-down lounge lend a mid century vibe to the simple and tastefully designed home. Vaulted ceilings top the skylight lit great room, which features walls of beautiful built in bookcases and a media room and office area. Sliding wood frames glass doors offer panoramic views of the San Fernando valley.
