Bel-Air

Bel Air Crest/Upper Casiano: Developed in the early 1990s through the 2000s enjoying magnificent vistas of Los Angeles’s Westside, Bel Air Crest is a 286 planned urban residential development with 24 hour guarded community. Bel Air Crest is comprised of two residential sections – the Canyon Homes and Custom Homes. The Canyon Homes are located in the northern section against the Mountains of Bel Air and feature six-floor plans ranging between approximately 2,452 to 4,900 sq. feet. Depending on location, the Canyon Homes, offer views of the Bel Air canyons that meander southward toward the city. Average lot size is 8,000 sq. ft, with no side-yard setbacks. The Custom Homes section in the southern area of Bel Air Crest, features 6,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.-sized homes on 16,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 square foot.-sized lots. Some of these exceptional homes feature tennis courts and most have swimming pools with ocean and canyon views. This is an active community that features the semi-annual Bel Air Crest barbecue, Halloween Party, Spring Easter Egg Hunt, and other activities throughout the year. The community also offers with three tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, children’s playground, basketball courts, and even a small pitch/putt course. The Bel Air Crest Clubhouse has a spacious “great room” with a professional catering kitchen for meetings and private parties, plus a fully equipped gymnasium, pool, and spa. What makes Bel Air Crest so wonderful are its landscaped public areas and roadways. Most streets are cul-de-sacs, which ensure a safe, quiet lifestyle in one of the Westside’s most desirable residential communities.
